- Ability to mentor junior team members and ensure best practices across the team
Preferred Experience:
- WordPress, Headless CMS, React, Node.js, MySQL/MongoDB or basic DevOps practices.
Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications from concept to deployment
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, or equivalent frameworks
- Implement back-end logic, APIs and database systems using Node.js, Laravel, or similar technologies
- Convert Figma designs into pixel perfect, user friendly interfaces
- Ensure code quality through debugging, testing and performance optimization
- Collaborate with designers, project managers and other developers to deliver on time, high quality solutions
Office Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (Friday Off)
