Education:
∎ B. Sc in Civil Engineering / Civil & Environment Engineering / Sanitation with relevant working experience.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least 8-10 years of professional work experience in communication and management.
∎ Having adequate experience working at FS and/or SW treatment plants.
∎ Candidates with experience of working on FSM and/or received training on FSM/or SWM will be preferred.
∎ Microsoft Office Program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
∎ Clear understanding of technical, social, and institutional issues relating to water, sanitation, and waste management.
∎ Proficient in writing technical and analytical reports, delivering presentations, and communicating effectively in English with stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and willingness to travel frequently to field sites.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibility is to operate the FSTP and SWM plant as per the guidelines provided to operate the systems.
∎ Maintain liaison with all the stakeholders.
∎ Maintain records of loading of sludge, generation of compost staff work hour etc. in a prescribed logbook.
∎ Identify problems related to operation and maintenance of the treatment plants and inform immediately to higher authorities.
∎ Supervise the work of all workers and security guards at the treatment plant.

Employment Status: Contractual

Job Highlights:
∎ Operation and Maintenance of Waste Management under Bangladesh Municipal Water Supply and Sanitation Project.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until October 31, 2025.
∎ The job location will be in Chowgacha and Nachole Municipality.
