  • 2–4 years of experience in Front Office operations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.

  • Computer literate (knowledge of PMS software preferred).

  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Front Office / Guest Relations

Location: Kolatoli, Dolphin Circle, Cox’s Bazar.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations.

  • Ensure smooth guest check-in, check-out, and room allocation.

  • Maintain excellent guest service standards and handle guest complaints professionally.

  • Monitor staff performance and ensure grooming & service standards are maintained.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B departments for guest satisfaction.

  • Prepare daily reports (arrival, departure, occupancy, revenue, etc.).

  • Train and guide front office team members when required.

  • Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company policies.
