Job Context

We are seeking a smart, confident, and service-oriented Lobby Ambassador (Female) to join our Front Office team. The Lobby Ambassador will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in experience, and personalized assistance throughout their stay. This role requires excellent communication, grooming, and customer service skills to create a lasting impression on our valued guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude at the lobby.

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures in coordination with the Front Desk.

• Provide hotel information, directions, and assistance regarding facilities and services.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and politely.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel’s image at all times.

• Ensure the lobby area is neat, organized, and guest-friendly.

• Assist VIP guests and provide special care as per hotel standards.

• Support in arranging transportation, reservations, and other guest needs.

• Promote hotel services, offers, and loyalty programs.
