∎ Position 1: Front Office Executive
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
∎ • Manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
∎ • Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries.
∎ • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
∎ • Maintain accurate records, billing, and daily reports.
∎ • Address and resolve guest concerns with a problem-solving attitude.
∎ • Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and guest-ready.
∎ Requirements:
∎ • Previous experience in a front office or similar hospitality role preferred.
∎ • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, IDS, etc.) is a plus.
∎ • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
∎ • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

∎ Position 2: Guest Service Agent
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Serve as the primary contact for guest needs and inquiries.
∎ • Provide information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
∎ • Assist with luggage, room orientation, and special guest requests.
∎ • Handle calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
∎ • Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ • Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer appropriate solutions.
∎ Requirements:
∎ • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
∎ • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
∎ • Friendly, courteous, and presentable demeanor.
∎ • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
∎ • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
