Required Skills:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+): Strong fundamentals with expertise in Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, and modern styling approaches.
- React + Next.js (Latest LTS): Proven experience building complex, scalable, and high-performance applications.
- TypeScript: Ability to write strongly-typed, maintainable, and bug-resistant code.
- API Integration: Hands-on experience consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- State Management: Proficiency with Redux, Zustand, Jotai, or Context API.
- Version Control (Git): Experience with GitHub/GitLab workflows, branching strategies, and PR reviews.
- Testing: Practical knowledge of front-end testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright/Cypress for unit and end-to-end testing.
- Accessibility (a11y): Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and ability to build inclusive user interfaces.
- Cross-browser & Device Testing: Ensuring compatibility across modern browsers, screen sizes, and devices.
- Performance Optimization: Strong focus on Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting, and SEO best practices.
- CI/CD: Basic familiarity with deployment pipelines, automated builds, and modern hosting platforms.
- Security Best Practices: Understanding of XSS, CSRF, input validation, and secure coding standards.
- Curiosity & Continuous Learning: Openness to quickly adopting new tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted development workflows.
Good to Have
- Full-stack knowledge with Nodejs, Nestjs, or Expressjs.
- Experience with design systems or contributing to UI component libraries.
- Knowledge of Docker or containerized dev environments.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting (Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS, Netlify).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Convert Figma/Design files into pixel-perfect, production-ready code using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
- Implement responsive and accessible UI for cross-platform compatibility.
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, and e2e) to maintain product quality.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
- Maintain Git-based workflows for collaborative development.
- Stay updated with modern front-end trends (Next.js App Router, Server Actions, React Server Components, Tailwind CSS v4, etc.).
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing.
