Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Front Desk Services: Arranging and maintaining a welcoming reception area, greeting clients with professionalism and courtesy.
∎ Communication Handling: Efficiently and politely managing all telephone, email, internet, and in-person inquiries.
∎ Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Professional Etiquette: Upholding a high standard of professional conduct at all times.
∎ Positive Office Environment: Maintaining a pleasant demeanor, with a smile, to create a positive atmosphere at the office entrance.
∎ Front Office Operations: Ensuring the smooth running of all front office tasks.
∎ Visitor Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of visitors, including their name, address, and contact information.
∎ Work Commitment: Demonstrating flexibility and the willingness to work extended hours as needed.
∎ Additional Duties: Performing other tasks as assigned by the management.
