∎ Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues.

∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Should have a positive mindset.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Prior experience with office management software or student information systems is highly desirable.
∎ Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events or meetings.
∎ Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact, especially when dealing with upset or irate individuals.
∎ Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures is preferred.
∎ A commitment to upholding the school’s values and promoting a positive school culture.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
∎ Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
∎ Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism and values of the school.
∎ Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating with internal staff as needed.
∎ Process student registrations, withdrawals, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
∎ Manage school correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.
∎ Provide administrative support to various departments, such as preparing documents, filing, and data entry.
∎ Uphold confidentiality and security protocols in handling sensitive information.
∎ Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the overall success of the institution.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products/services.
