Responsibilities & Context: Secret Beauty, a leading laser and aesthetics center in Dhanmondi 27, Dhaka, is seeking some dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front Desk Executive. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients for a positive experience.
- Manage high call volumes, providing information and directing inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Understand laser and aesthetics services, addressing client queries accurately.
- Handle client registrations efficiently.
- Maintain a welcoming waiting area and perform general administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for phone promotions.
- Respond promptly to voicemail and email inquiries with detailed information.
- Assist in resolving client concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure seamless information flow with clinic staff.
- Uphold high customer service standards for a positive client impression.
- Monitor and respond to social media messages, engaging with the online community.
