∎ Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
∎ Handling inquiries and providing accurate information about the company and its services.
∎ Coordinating appointments and meetings, and maintaining the conference room schedule.
∎ Assisting in administrative tasks such as sorting mail, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
∎ Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
