Job Overview:

We are looking for a professional Front Desk Executive / HR to be the first point of contact for visitors and to support day-to-day administrative and HR activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage office coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries

  • Maintain front desk operations and office organization

  • Assist HR with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling

  • Maintain employee records and support basic HR documentation

  • Handle office correspondence and administrative tasks

  • Coordinate internal communication between departments

  • Support company events, meetings, and office activities when required
