• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Applied Chemistry.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Chemical Industries

• Strong knowledge of cosmetic and cleaning chemical formulation.
• Hands-on experience in product development and data analysis.
• Previous experience with Unilever, Square Toiletries, or similar FMCG brands will be given priority.
• Must be able to work independently and maintain production quality at an industrial scale.

Job Summary:

MEHAD General Trading & Contracting Company (Kuwait) is looking for a certified Chemical Engineer or Formulation Chemist to join our Cosmetics and Cleaning Products Division. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining top-quality products such as soaps, detergents, dishwashing liquids, hand wash, and other hygiene formulations that meet Unilever and Square Toiletries standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and optimize formulations for cosmetics and cleaning products.

• Ensure product quality, stability, and consistency according to international benchmarks.

• Analyze chemical data and raw materials for performance and safety.

• Supervise production batches to ensure adherence to formulation and quality parameters.

• Maintain records, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.

• Innovate and improve product formulations for market competitiveness.
