- Comprehensive technical and sales training provided at all stages (conducted in Chinese).
Responsibilities & Context:
Online Promotion via Media Channels
- Publish short videos and technical articles on platforms such as TikTok, Medium, etc., to generate leads. Include contact details for client outreach. (The company will provide ready-to-use video and article content.)
Client Engagement & Sales Support
- Participate in customer needs discussions and business negotiations, following up to close deals.
- If unable to handle full negotiations, simply providing qualified leads is acceptable. A 5% referral commission will be awarded upon successful order completion.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary Package： Phase 1: Commission-only (No base salary) - 10% of sales revenue. Phase 2: Upon securing 1 confirmed sale OR submitting 10+ qualified leads, eligible for: Base salary: 20,000 BDT + 7% sales commission. Phase 3: After closing 5+ sales, eligible for: Base salary: 30,000 BDT + 5% sales commission. Phase 4: After 10+ successful orders, transition to a permanent position with negotiable salary terms.
