Job Context:
∎ We are looking for qualified, smart, results-oriented, self-motivated, enterprising, honest and sincere Food Specialist for a renowned Food & Beverage factory.
∎ Workplace: Work at office & factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new Food & Beverage product items.
∎ Develop processing systems for Food & Beverage product
∎ Select and specify ingredients and raw materials for product development
∎ Selection and specify primary and secondary packaging materials for product development
∎ Conduct plant trial to set manufacturing process for the developing product
∎ Periodical analysis of product
∎ Prepare and develop product documentation and process instruction
∎ Ensure all the compliance of raw materials in accordance with legal regulation and company policy.
Additional Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in Food & Beverage Business area:,
∎ Prior work experience in Food & Beverage in Research and Development setting,
∎ Candidates should possess deep understanding of Food & Beverage item food product, design, processing, packaging and quality control process,
∎ Experience in compliance requirements for a food processing facility including ISO, GMP, FSSC, HACCP, BSTI etc. are preferable.
∎ Good analytical ability of product RM, PM and proper documentation and record keeping.
∎ Experience and proven ability working productively with a team serving in Research & Development wing.
