Job Context:
∎ A well renowned Food manufacturing & Sales organization.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur (Factory)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain quality assurance procedures and standards with best practices of the industry,
∎ Checking for harmful micro-organisms, such as bacteria and fungi,
∎ Making sure manufactured products are of high quality, match specifications and are consistent with product
∎ labeling for nutritional content,
∎ Maintain storage of samples in accordance with established SOP's,
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming raw materials, chemical, packaging materials, production
∎ processes and finished products with quality standards and specifications,
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production and marketing to develop new products,
∎ Maintain accurate, up to date logs, notebooks and equipment records,
∎ Comply with and promote Personnel, Safety, and Quality Program,
∎ Develop testing methods,
∎ Prepare various reports,
∎ Ensure use of ingredients percentage in finished goods,
∎ Handling customer feedback/complain,
∎ Handling all kinds of certification i.e ISO, HACCAP, HALAL, BSTI and other relevant authorities,
∎ Any other relevant assignments required by the superior/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemist/ Bio-Chemist, Food and Beverage, Microbiology test, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
∎ Computer literacy in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, net browsing, etc. is a must.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
