∎ B. Sc/M. Sc in Food Engineer from any reputed university
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans to ensure food safety throughout the production process.
∎ Design and implement quality control measures to monitor food products for consistency, safety, and adherence to specifications.
∎ Work with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
∎ Conduct and analyze food safety tests to identify and mitigate potential risks of contamination.
∎ Select, evaluate, and specify food processing equipment based on functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with engineers and maintenance personnel to keep food processing equipment operational and well-maintained.
∎ Any other job Assigned by management.
