∎ Concern: Convention Hall, Restaurant, Cafeteria & Catering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides overall management for a major food service unit
∎ Plans, organizes, assigns, and supervises the work of food preparation and service personal
∎ Observes quality of food service and gives instructions for maintenance of high standards
∎ Develops, prepares, and prices menus to satisfy customers' desires
∎ Promotes cash sales and catering/banquet service
∎ Coordinates catering/banquet service activities; recommends menus to customers
∎ Reviews inventory: requisitions and purchases food supplies as required
∎ Assigns and trains personnel and determines work schedules
∎ Interviews and hires employees; evaluates employees' performance; ensure employee satisfaction

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, practical and willing to work, obedient to management.
∎ Bright, enthusiastic, flexible, and good appearance and temperament.
∎ Have a proactive attitude, willing to learn business management knowledge.
