Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management in Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from a well reputed institute (Degree holder from foreign institute will be preferred).
∎ Skills Required: Bakery, Budgets, Hospitality Management, Operations

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Food & Beverage Department of Ramada Hotel
∎ Managing operation of the Hotel coordination Follow-up of the management decisions, Reports preparation and submission, training and development.
∎ Supervise and control F&B personnel, assign duties to them and ensure proper follow up, coordinate with all departments of the park to ensure guest satisfaction.
∎ Maintain close liaison with purchase Dept. to cover all the necessary demand of F&B for efficient running of outlets'
∎ Develop and implement Food and Beverage promotions, strategies and special events in conjunction with the Operation Manager or GM and the Sales and Marketing officials.
∎ Analysis of the performance, F&B Department and scope of improvement.
∎ Administration and control of the operation of F&B Department of Restaurants and exploring possibilities of new avenues of income generation
∎ Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service regarding F & B to implement the strategic goals of the establishment.
∎ Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path.
∎ Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
∎ Liaise with the Executive Chef on menu engineering and pontiff control, ensuring the highest food standard is achieved whilst selling at the correct prices.
∎ Prepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation.
∎ Reports to produce are Performance (Monthly) ,Budget (Monthly & Yearly), Expenditure(Monthly & Yearly) and Target vs Achievement (Monthly & Yearly) or any other essential reporting assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
