Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing), Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience and strong knowledge in the field of in garments Factory.
∎ Should have vast experience and strong knowledge in Garment (Pants/Jackets) Quality Controlling
∎ Supervising/ monitoring and follow-up the product in manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure production as per the customers requirements followed by quality (Ensure product quality as per specification) & quantity product (Meet Production target).
∎ Production Reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of apparel manufacturing techniques, systems and equipment, technical skills
∎ Fluency in English
∎ PC skills are essential - specifically Excel, Word and E-mail
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparent, proactive stance and positive style;
∎ Able to assess options and implications in order to identify a solution
∎ Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-natured cooperative attitude.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English
