Job Context:

Wholesale Club Ltd. Is an enterprise of JAMUNA GROUP, which is one & only hypermarket in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for a Floor Supervisor under Floor Operation department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads and supervises a team of Sales Attendants (floor staff).

• Provides direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective floor operations, as well as customer service.

• Maintain company standards and guidelines around product flow, customer service and visual displays.

• Assist to drive for sales achievement for the respective department.

• Responsible to maintain product receiving, transfer and inventory management and monitoring stock levels.

• Maintain retail standard and visual merchandising.

• Maintain smooth operation and customer service on the floor.

• To take prompt actions to resolve customer queries/complaints in coordination with the outlet manager.

• Accountable to make necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.

• Oversees daily work of sales person, creates and manages duty schedule.

• Ensures standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met.

• Must treat & maintain all information as confidential.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the management authority.
