• Only MaleStrong knowledge of garments sewing production processes and workflow.

• Expertise in line balancing, productivity improvement and manpower management.

• Understanding of buyer quality standards and shipment requirements. Leadership and team management capability. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of production reporting and MIS systems.

• Communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Lead and manage end-to-end sewing production operations across assigned production lines.

• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly production targets are achieved efficiently.

• Monitor line productivity, efficiency and output performance regularly.

• Ensure smooth line setup, style changeover and manpower balancing activities.

• Coordinate with IE, Planning, Cutting, Finishing and Quality teams for uninterrupted production flow.

• Monitor sewing KPIs including efficiency, DHU, absenteeism, alteration and line performance.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.

• Ensure sewing quality standards and buyer requirements are maintained throughout production.

• Monitor machine utilization, downtime and maintenance coordination.

• Optimize manpower utilization and reduce overtime through proper planning.

• Ensure implementation of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain production reports, line performance analysis, and operational MIS.

• Conduct root cause analysis for production and quality issues and implement CAPA.

• Ensure workplace discipline, compliance, safety and operational SOP adherence.

• Support buyer visits, audits and management reviews related to production operations.
