Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Vogra Baipass, Gazipur
∎ Working hours: 8 Hours (Shift Base: Night & Day)
∎ Weekly working day: Six (6); Work Off: Friday
∎ English or Chinese Proficiency & Presentation Skill: High level
∎ Professional Quality: Mature work attitude, honest, hard working, effective communicator & good presenter, should have can do attitude, *positivity towards company culture & facilities is must.
∎ Preference will be given to those who can join immediately after final selection and have smart phone production experience from mobile phone / electrical / electronic item assembling factory.
∎ Electronic item`s production base experienced female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Fresh graduates (Female/ Male) are also encouraged to apply (* Condition applicable in terms of salary range, job confirmation)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of the assembly line.
∎ Supervising and Monitoring assembly line.
∎ Cost cutting, Define, develop and monitor the implementation of production plans.
∎ Training for production staff and operator on an ongoing basis.
∎ Maintain appropriate stock of Raw Materials, Work In Progress and Finished Goods
∎ Must have prompt idea about Labor Law.
∎ Must have vast idea on process and recipe in case of formulating and introducing new products.
∎ Assess actual requirement of the manpower and source the right people for right place.
∎ Very good knowledge about 6S

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 28000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary negotiation is only applicable to those candidates who has been graduates from any national or Chinese University, have 3/4 years of experience as Production floor In charge in electronics industry.
