Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Vogra Baipass, Gazipur
∎ English or Chinese Proficiency & Presentation Skill: High level
∎ Professional Quality: Mature work attitude, honest, hard working, effective communicator & good presenter, should have can do attitude, *positivity towards company culture is must.
∎ Preference will be given to those who can join immediately after final selection and have assembly production experience from mobile phone / electrical / electronic item assembling factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of the assembly line.
∎ Supervising and Monitoring assembly line.
∎ Cost cutting, Define, develop and monitor the implementation of production plans.
∎ Training for production staff and operator on an ongoing basis.
∎ Maintain appropriate stock of Raw Materials, Work In Progress and Finished Goods
∎ Must have prompt idea about Labor Law.
∎ Must have vast idea on process and recipe in case of formulating and introducing new products.
∎ Assess actual requirement of the manpower and source the right people for right place.
∎ Very good knowledge about 6S
∎ Good understanding of production processing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Energetic and self-motivated, Good communication in English, interpersonal and leadership skill
∎ Experience need 03 to 05 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management, Mobile/Electronics device Production
∎ Know about implementation of 6S Project Management, Cost reduction
