Responsibilities & Context:
Examine the characteristics of proteins, fats, starches, carbohydrates, natural flavors, and other components.
Determine the role each component has in a particular flavor or food and explore how that role is affected by additives.
Develop flavors using natural and synthetic approved flavor chemicals and extracts for a wide variety of food and beverage products using creative and artistic talents along with various analytical tools including GC/MS.
