∎ Requirements:Working six days in week.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement trading strategies for the group.
∎ Cost effectiveness of plant/Unit.
∎ Profitability and capacity enhancement.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors.
∎ Build an effective team.
∎ Experienced for Fisheries cultivations in Pond, Bio flock, Aqua phonic &Hydroponic Systems.
∎ Managing breeding and harvesting schedules and monitoring the health of the fish.
∎ Checking and maintaining water quality.
∎ Update knowledge of fish health and nutrition and making sure hygiene standards are high, to prevent disease.
∎ Ensure the water supply is of a sufficient quality for the stock.
∎ Checking fish for disease, preventing and treating infection.
∎ Keeping records of the numbers and size of fish.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years or more professional experience in relevant job responsibilities.
∎ Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
∎ Excellent networking, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems
