∎ Qualified candidate's educational qualification may be slightly considered.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Fisheries & Aquaculture.

Job Context:
∎ Job Context-We are looking for a Fish Doctor (Fishery & Hatchery) Bangladesh Aquaculture Research Center (BARC) Ltd. in Manikganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ How to increase the immunity and fertility of fishes.
∎ If the fish are affected by disease, collect samples and test them in Lab, suggest and arrange proper treatment.
∎ To take preventive measures against diseases and pests of fish and to take necessary measures in case of pests.
∎ As per SOP to ensure regular feeding of fish in proper quantity and quality to provide proper guidance in fish care.
∎ Regular check of water parametter and take effective effective action if fall in to lower or higer level parametter.
∎ Periodically prepare research reports with regular examination and explanations, provide to higher authorities.
∎ Take necessary steps to development of Lab if necessary.
∎ Decide to solve daily operational matters such as sales, production, stock and distribution issues.
∎ Ensure to proper utilize of hatchery equipment facilities for production.
∎ Ensure the rearing area for the fish/ broods is well maintained and not prone to diseases.
∎ Collect and keep record of fish growth, production, environmental data and report to top managemnt regularly.
∎ Directly working with sales team to build sales capability and controlling purchase with reduce cost as their active team member for contributing value to overall business.
∎ Review established production schedules for all departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest possible efficiency.
∎ Carry out periodic inspection at site, audit work places periodically, make sure data entry properly in the system and analysis the reports as well as ensure timely reporting.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 year(s) experienced in same field.
∎ Good Communication skills, both in English and Bengla.
∎ Should have the capability to provide 24/7-hour service.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Business(s): Biofloc system, Brood Fish Nursing, Fish Breeding, Fish Hatching & Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Area(s): Fisheries, Hatcheries.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
