Should have good knowledge of operating different computer software.·
Experience in the NGO/development sector will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare bill vouchers, invoices & others on a daily basis.
• Maintain and update accounts books on a regular basis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly accounts.
• Maintain proper banking transactions and prepare monthly reconciliation statements
• Update all transactions both manually and in the software.
• Prepare and maintain a fixed assets register on a regular basis in a proper manner
• Documentation of all accounting and financial papers of the organization.
• Data entry for various branches through a template for migration.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the authorities.
