Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Fire Management Course from FSCD
∎ Graduate in any discipline.
∎ Diploma or Certificate course in Fire & safety from FSCD will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Health/ Safety & Fire
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure fire safety for the workplace & factory area.
∎ Assist to check all fire equipment's on regular basis and to take appropriate maintenance measures for those equipment's.
∎ Conduct fire drill monthly & giving training to the worker & staff.
∎ Regular / weekly fire training with fire safety team & general workers.
∎ Assist to conduct the fire and emergency evacuation drill as per policy to aware all workers / staffs during any fire or emergency incident.
∎ Assist to make layout plan and fixing the fire fighting equipment's in proper locations depending on areas, machines and goods in an acceptable standard.
∎ Assist to identify the fire hazards areas and to take proper preventive measures on priority basis.
∎ Assist to monitor / supervise the electrical / power cables / loose wires properly and to take remedial measures immediately.
∎ To check machine maintenance and fire related books, registers, logs etc. correctly on a short schedule basis.
∎ To take initiatives for cleaning fire originated areas like cable trays / spider nets / dust remaining areas in coordination with the respective admin team.
∎ To report / communicate with the related persons including government bodies for fire related issues as and when require instantly avoiding any fire hazards/ incident.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Officer from Fire Service & Civil Defense or any other Defense Sector will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
