Skills Required: Cost Analysis,Good English communication skills (verbal and Written),Leadership and teamwork,Problem solving and decision making,Technical knowledge

Responsibilities & Context:
Open to opportunities in Environmental, Health & Fire Safety products, spanning regular sales and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of Fire Detection, Protection & Fire Safety Plans.
Familiarity with NFPA, BNBC, Accord & Alliance regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 2D/3D design.
Experience in Hydraulic Calculation, Battery, Voltage Drop, and conduit Calculation.
Ability to handle projects and work well under pressure.
Designing systems, preparing BOQs, and estimating Fire sprinklers, Standpipes, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Pumps, and Passive Fire Protection Systems.
Conducting site visits, project planning, management, team building, and client/consultant liaison.
Testing and Commissioning ability
Proven track record of managing strategic, end-to-end engagements for top multinational corporations and large-scale industrial clients
This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving ability, clear communication, and techno‑commercial analysis skills.
