∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He should know how to check the garments and do the measurements himself
∎ Must be active in checking the hourly reports and identify the bottle necks and take actions accordingly.
∎ Capable of giving training to the down line team and always ready to accept new challenges. Over all must have leader ship skills.
∎ Will be responsible for grievance handling in line.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a strong personality and capable of handling both finishing production and quality independently.
∎ Should have Good communication skill to communicate with his team and the management.
∎ Must have through knowledge of bottom operation flow chart in finishing and packing line and should be able to make one.
∎ Capable of giving training to the down line team and always ready to accept new challenges. Over all must have leader ship skills.
