Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and improve Quality Assurance System through continual improvement of SOPs, work instructions, forms, checklists and guidelines. Supervise and check inline quality & quantity as per production order/job bag instructions.
∎ Ensure quality and conformity of products according to buyer requirements Ensure on time Delivery and production Recommend and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence of deviations and follow up accordingly.
∎ Oversee the day to day functions with members of QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning and Design & Development department to ensure buyer compliance.
∎ Conduct team meetings and take initiatives for development & coaching of staffs to meet highest quality standard.
∎ Claim Management of the valued buyer in case of any non-conforming RMG.
∎ Controls and update the production status of running orders Making sure all quality requirements are being followed in production.
∎ Take initiative to reduce garments defects through root causes analyzing and solve the quality problem with making action plan Utilize previous experiences in conducting in line and final inspection Coordinate with production, IE, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.
∎ Ensure all Quality Assurance staffs are trained on any new procedure / requirement as advised by the customers.
∎ To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
