∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will have to lead the Finishing Dept. independently.
∎ Able to follow shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing Finishing lines as and when required, analyzing individual workers performance.
∎ Should have experience of working as finishing manager for H&M, TEMA, GAP and so on.
∎ To have the ability to handle the team.
∎ Must have leadership qualities.
∎ Must be object oriented.
∎ Anu other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge both on Tops and Bottom
∎ Must have knowledge on Woven
∎ Inspection handling
∎ Shipment follow up
