Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accord Alliance, Garments Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise day to day Finishing activities and ensure daily target
∎ To ensure the least rejection & meet on-time delivery
∎ To control Finishing operation and handle external & internal technical audits & to ensure timely shipment as per buyer requirement.
∎ To follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as when required
∎ To optimize finishing manpower allocation and manpower turnover, absenteeism as per plan.
∎ To maintain specified poly to ship ratio and ensure a 100% final inspection pass rate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 44 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer skill will be an added advantage

Salary: Negotiable
