Job Context:
∎ Desh Garments Ltd.
∎ Woven factory in Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and ensuring shipment plan and shipment delivery status. To manage the quality standards to fulfill the customer requirements.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring the quality on productivity, adherence to health and safety considerations during all the process.
∎ To develop and implement the production increase methodologies
∎ Method Study + Method development.
∎ Strong production leader ship with problem solving skills.
∎ Should technically qualified & capable of monitoring all parameters of works and report to management as required.
∎ Supervise and coordinate each and every aspect of the finishing Dept.
∎ Monitor and follow up finishing input as per size wise, PO wise & color wise order quantity.
∎ Establish effective communication with sewing and cutting manager to fulfill order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Coordinate the final inspection with buying QC after completion of finished order quantity with quality as approved sample and meeting all quality standard and requirements.
∎ Ensure and maintain clean and tidy site.
∎ To practice correct & efficient motions, as defined by IE dept. to increase productivity.
∎ Follow up with merchandiser to ensure all the finishing accessories in house on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must possess thorough knowledge of the entire process of Quality Control of Fabric/ Pattern/Sewing/ Finished Products.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ A vest experience to work in a large woven factory is must require for this post and similar areas.
∎ Must have knowledge Quality Management system.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy.
