Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:1. Establish the company’s financial system, including accounting, fund management, and tax filing.2. Develop financial policies compliant with local Bangladesh regulations.3. Liaise with tax authorities, banks, and auditors for tax planning, VAT, corporate income tax, etc.4. Monitor cash flow and bad debt risks in installment loan operations, submitting regular financial analysis reports.5. Manage the finance team and coordinate financial data consolidation with headquarters.Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA/ACCA certification preferred.2. 5+ years of finance experience, with expertise in Bangladesh tax laws and financial institution workflows.3. Prior experience in consumer finance/installment loans is a plus.4. Fluency in English and Bengali; proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).5. Detail-oriented with strong risk management awareness.
