Job Context:
∎ As a Finance Specialist of Joint Action for Nutrition Outcome (JANO) Project, you will be responsible for providing technical support to division offices, partner NGOs and Community Based Organizations (4-6 partners) on budgeting and action plans, strengthening capacity on book keeping, finance and compliance and follow up, and provide inputs in establishing internal controls that support to achieve the related objectives/indicators of the Country Strategic Plan. You will also be responsible for 2-3 assigned grants projects (single location) under the divisional office and closely working with the projects and grants team on budgeting, financial reporting and monitoring and compliances including budget review and audit. Through performing this responsibility, the Finance Specialist helps management to monitor expenditure as well as support in the implementation of Plan programs at divisional level office.
∎ Based at the Rangpur Divisional Office
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years' experience in budget preparation on donor funded projects and working experience on donor compliance on costing like DFATD/GAC, EC, AusAid, DFID, USAID etc.
