Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ CA (CC) is mandatory
∎ Major in Accounting, Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all sort of financial expenditures according to budget of project.
∎ Update monthly bank statement, bank reconciliation and prepare report for the management.
∎ Update all financial books and records as per financial procedures following CODEC financial compliance.
∎ Assist Finance Manager to prepare budget and budget variance report
∎ Monitor of payment vouchers with ensuring deduction of Taxes & VAT;
∎ Ensure maintenance of fixed assets and update fixed asset lists.
∎ Preparation of journal voucher with necessary supporting and taking approval from respective authority before recording.
∎ Any other functions as may be assigned by the Finance Manager/Pm or his/her designated Authority.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and Annual Project Financial Reports
∎ prepare journal vouchers from different project offices.
∎ Keep invoice and all other related documents, so that internal & external Audit could be performed without any objections.
∎ Visit respective project offices for overseeing the bills, documents and booking of expenses in correct & appropriate manner.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
