Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certification such as CACC or ACA is preferred).

∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Planning, Research, and Business Analysis:
∎ To be responsible for developing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and financial models to aid in business planning and decision-making.
∎ Research and analyze financial data and present it to top management for resource allocation and strategic planning.
∎ Monitor and evaluate financial performance against established targets and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
∎ Conduct financial risk assessments and propose strategies to mitigate potential risks.
∎ Financial Reporting:
∎ To be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, etc., and time-to-time communication with management for suggestions and instructions.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
∎ Present financial information to senior management and external stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
∎ Budgeting and Cost Control:
∎ Coordinate the financial process, working closely with the management to establish financial targets and allocate resources effectively.
∎ Monitor expenditures and analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs, identifying areas of overspending or cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Develop and implement financial control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
∎ Cash Flow Management:
∎ Monitor cash flow projections, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations, investments, and debt obligations.
∎ Optimize cash management processes, including cash collections, disbursements, and working capital management.
∎ Identify opportunities for cash flow improvement and implement strategies to enhance cash flow efficiency.
∎ Financial Operations and Compliance:
∎ Responsibility for monitoring, and guiding overall compliance activities (certifications, registrations, licenses, VAT, TAX etc.)
∎ Coordinate day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
∎ Any other job/responsibility as instructed by the Honorable Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 100000 - 150000 (Monthly)
