Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
∎ Bachelor Degree in Archive Management, Accountancy, Finance, Humanities, Social Sciences or a similar subject.

∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Previously completed internship or similar working work experience with Finance Team will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Archive financial supporting documents from bases and coordination
∎ Proper tracking down all hard copy documents provided by Finance colleagues and making sure of their proper organizing.
∎ Receiving documents sent by base/field level and organizing them into separate folder monthly basis.
∎ Record the all the files/ documents by sending and receiving from base/field and coordination.
∎ Support various initiatives aimed at strengthening ACF’s partnerships
∎ Maintain filing of monthly accounting vouchers and other finance documents;
∎ Photocopy, scan and translate the financial documents when required;
∎ Help finance colleagues/external auditors to find/seek the accounting vouchers, & stamp; financial supporting documents when needed;
∎ Getting familiar with accounting / finance management in an international organization;
∎ Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or delegated authority
∎ Scanning financial vouchers and organized them into digital archive.
∎ Scanning partners’ vouchers, TDS VDS challan and others and organized them into digital archive.
∎ Tracking and filling the PNGO’s original invoice and VAT & TAX Challan
∎ Tracking and recording the documents in NHF and NAS network side.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor or delegated authority.
∎ Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity
∎ Understand the basics tenants of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies.
∎ Objective 1: Assisting on ARCHIVING of all Finance relevant hard documents on Mission and Base level
∎ Archive financial supporting documents from bases and coordination
∎ Proper tracking down all hard copy documents provided by Finance colleagues and making sure of their proper organizing.
∎ Receiving documents sent by base/field level and organizing them into separate folder monthly basis.
