Job Context:
∎ Based at Bangladesh Country Office, Dhaka
∎ Plan International Bangladesh is looking for Finance Coordinator - Audit Support who will responsible for planning of audit function for the country office and projects. The position holder is responsible take initiatives for coordinating audit, support audit team during the audit, follow up audit action list covering audits of statutory, Donor/Projects and Plan`s Global Assurance
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a competent and committed professional holding an Master's degree in Accounting/Management/ Business Administration (CA-CC is preferred too). At least 3-4 years' work experience in Finance preferably in an INGO with at least one year's experience in similar. Experience on planning, coordinating and organizing audits to be conducted by different auditors as per their requirements. The post holder needs to possess adequate exposure in related area with knowledge on statutory audit requirement for development organization, especially NGOAB requirements.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ BDT 68640.00 to 77000.00 (monthly, Cost to the company, based on experience) along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
