∎ Maintain daily account of the project expenditure and keep record of the project.
∎ Monitor budgets and expenditures and contribute to budget planning and revision;
∎ Ensure the financial transactions are authorized, recorded, filed with adequate supporting documentation, and maintained;
∎ Closely works with procurement team towards timely procurement of kind of logistics/materials/ inputs of the project
∎ Maintain all necessary documents, registers, master role and maintain Petty cash.
∎ Assist Logistic team and supervise any kind of renovation and maintenance works of the project.
∎ Prepare and submit the volunteer salary vouchers and master roles.
∎ Supervise to support staff and Office Cleaner.
∎ Discussion with line manager and Procurement & Logistic team for Cash purchase from local market
∎ Regularly update all asset/goods lists, registers of project
∎ Ensure monitoring and follow towards effective use of different logistics/materials of project
∎ Assist Procurement & Logistic team to Stock data compilation and analyze of the project.
∎ Prepare the monthly cash call and expenditure report
∎ Prepare and submit timely and reliable financial updates, reports and statements to Project Coordinator and donor as required.
∎ Ensure support the conduct of financial audits internal and external. Create, update and maintain files and records related to such as staff’s confidentiality of records.
∎ Assist Project Coordinator to organize meeting, training and other special activities related to financial issue. Assist senior team/Project Coordinator to prepare different type of reports as required.
∎ Coordinate with other responders (Procurement, finance, logistics, warehouse etc.)
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Project Management authority.
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in procurement, inventory management, VAT/Tax and financial reporting.
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, internet browsing & e-mail communications).
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working atmosphere.
∎ Good working relationship with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and ‘multitask.
∎ Knowledge about accounting software.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
