Job Context:
∎ The key purpose of this position is to carry out the duties and responsibilities of Finance & Admin Officer to ensure effective implementation of accounts & admin related works maintaining the highest possible level of standards and quality by ensuring necessary support to the project and utilizing resources for implementation. In this circumstance, NGO Forum is looking for a qualified individual to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the CATS-4 project in Cox`s Bazar area.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until October 31, 2021.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking bills, vouchers, Book-keeping,
∎ Prepare financial statements, bank reconciliation and inventory on a monthly basis.
∎ Ensure that the financial transactions are made as per organization manual and project expenditure and deliverable are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
∎ Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
∎ Maintaining different registers.
∎ Responsible for Store Management ( i.e. Stock recording)
∎ Maintaining project staff leaves documentation, personal file and report thereon and conduct staff counseling and assist any other administrative work of the project.
∎ Do field visit to accomplish related job.
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience with NGO, Development Agency on Finance & Accounts.
∎ Experience in checking bills, vouchers, Book-keeping, Tally software etc.
∎ Knowledge on office administration and Procurement Procedure
∎ Knowledge on HR & Admin, Staff counseling, Staff management.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Computer operating knowledge.
∎ Positive attitude as development activities, team spirit and accommodate within team and community level.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 38769 (Monthly)
