Job Context:
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the following positions from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing “The Children Ambassador Project” funded by ERIKS Development Partner. The goal of this project is “Rights of children are respected, their views are considered and they will act as a change maker for their society”. The working area of the project will be Bagerhat District (Mongla and Rampal Upazilla).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of payment vouchers with ensuring deduction of Taxes & VAT;
∎ Keeping invoices, staff advances other documents and records properly & safely;
∎ Data entry in accounting system;
∎ Prepare staff payroll and others.
∎ Update all financial books and records as per financial procedures following CODEC financial procedures
∎ Ensure a mechanism of all expenses including district offices to keeping controlling within total approved budget.
∎ Maintain all the personal Files of the Project Personnel properly.
∎ Maintain leaves records including annual or sick leave along with other travel approval documents properly.
∎ Maintain and update all bill and vouchers of every expenses of the program
∎ Ensure maintenances of purchase procedures.
∎ Ensure the accounts keeping, stock registers and establish a financial controlling mechanism with all districts offices.
∎ Maintain and update all stock registers including fixed asset properly for all offices.
∎ Ensure a physical inventory records in each district office and ensure to update it on quarterly basis.
∎ Carry out any assigned task need to be accomplishing within the due time as instruction given by Project Coordinator.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual project Financial Reports.
∎ Keep invoice and all other related documents, so that internal & external Audit could be performed without any objections.
∎ Involve in all procurement related to program and provide compliance support to program team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
