Job Context:
∎ Work Location: RI Ukhiya & Teknaf Office, Bangladesh (Subject to relocate if needed)
∎ Reporting to: Field Coordinator (Technical Report to Finance Coordinator)
∎ Contract duration: Up to March 31, 2020.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Receive, Payment and Journal Voucher to record NS as daily basis
∎ Submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly Cash and Bank Reconciliation
∎ Process working cash advances from program officials and record the payment with proper code
∎ Assist finance and program teams in timely settlement of working cash advance
∎ Support the allocation / charging mechanism in line with approved budget and activity code
∎ Provide all financial support, to program department in timely manner
∎ Arrange payments to the vendors, service providers and relevant staffs;
∎ Maintain proper supporting documentation and daily scan to be ready for Box folder
∎ Assist Supporting document are attached along with financial Vouchers and file
∎ Assist to facilitate program team, Finance staff and check financial activities in place.
∎ Assist to ensure that financial records and backup documentation are ready for internal and external audits;
∎ Prepare proper Tax /VAT tax calculation and make deposit to revenue department with correct submission of VAT/TAX chalan Voucher.
∎ Prepare Incentive Payment sheet to Volunteers, security guard and make payment as per schedule
∎ Frequent travel to project side area to make payment and to ensure adequate financial supporting
∎ Perform any other task assign by the supervisor .

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
