Livestock
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, design, implement and follow-up Livestock production programme as per project guideline.
∎ Organize various trainings/workshops such as Animal Husbandry, Vaccination, Animal Health, Group Management, Personal Leadership Development and risk Management of the project
∎ Assist in the preparation of a monthly training plan and budget and track and assess implementation of the training plan
∎ Contract with outside training organizations and channel pertinent training information to personnel
∎ Develop a trainers’ pool for different producer group related training from different sources including and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Prepare report on the achievement and periodical assessment of the project and submit to reporting authority
∎ Provide backstopping services to field staff and partner organizations in conducting trainings, farmer's field trips, exchange visits, study tours, etc.
∎ Serve as a team motivator in the project participants.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 42 years
∎ Experience in livestock supply chain. NGO’s working experience also preferred. Consider other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements.
Salary: Negotiable
