Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Working experience with NGO, Development Agency in site development response.
∎ Working in Humanitarian Assistance and Emergency Response Program.
∎ Professional work experience in humanitarian project implementation, monitoring, operation, and reporting.
∎ Experience in the supervision of site development activities at camp level.
∎ Proficient knowledge of standard computer software (MS Word, Excel and project management software).
∎ Demonstrates adaptiveness to change and ability to manage complexities.
∎ Have knowledge of CfW engagement, SD scheme assessment, regular work monitoring.
∎ Good communication and networking skills both in Bangla & Rohingya language.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The key purpose of this position is to carry out the duties and responsibilities to ensure effective implementation of SD interventions maintaining the highest possible level of standards and quality by ensuring necessary support to the project and utilizing resources for implementation. In this circumstance, NGO Forum is looking for a qualified individual to carry out the duties and responsibilities of Improved Site Development Service for Rohingya Refugees Living in Camp in Cox’s Bazar District.
∎ This position holder will be responsible to monitoring the activities of the SD project as per the guideline.
∎ Assess the needs and resources required for site development activities, plan an appropriate integrated response.
∎ Lead the CFP (community feedback platform) tickets assessment at the camp level.
∎ Supervising SD related construction activities in the field.
∎ Plan, and manage the implementation of necessary measures to address any new construction, repairing and maintenance related issues.
∎ Mobilize CfW (Cash for Worker) / communities, where appropriate, to participate fully in this project.
∎ Taking the lead in ensuring proper payment of all kinds of CfW and technical volunteers.
∎ Supervising the regular operation and maintenance of SD as the sector and donor standers.
∎ Monitoring the SD facilities status, reporting, and making plan of actions.
∎ Use participatory approaches as a far as possible throughout the program cycle, in training, and in the use of toolkits and other materials.
∎ Ensure the site development activities are aligned with the standards.
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team.

Employment Status: Contractual
