∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor the staff and activities of the Community Mobilizers at field level
∎ Facilitate group meeting conducted by Community Mobilizers
∎ Organize and conduct Advocacy meetings and orientations of Community Influential persons
∎ Prepare monthly report and submit to District Team Leader.
∎ Monitor the field level program implementation to ensure that the record keeping and reporting activities are appropriately maintained

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Minimum 5 years relevant working experience

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonus, 10% Provident Fund & 10% Gratuity as per HR policy.
