Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Project Officer and Public Health Promoter to assess the needs and resources required for donor & NGOF hygiene awareness (HA) activities, plan an appropriate integrated response.
∎ Ensure conduction of all field level HA activities through proper involvement of concerned volunteers.
∎ Mobilize communities, where appropriate, to participate fully in this program.
∎ Supervising the repairing works, dislodging, cleaning works by volunteers and reporting the progress of work.
∎ Monitoring the WASH Facilities status, reporting and making the plan of actions.
∎ Organizing, monitoring and reporting of Hygiene Promotion Session by Volunteers.
∎ Assist in developing hygiene promotion materials for use during an emergency operation for different target groups.
∎ Use participatory approaches as a far as possible throughout the program cycle, in training, and in the use of toolkits and other materials.
∎ Monitor the impact of hygiene promotion activities and provide regular, timely and accurate narrative, statistical and financial information for inclusion in different types of reports.
∎ Ensure that hygiene promotion activities are in line with project demand and other relevant policies and guidelines related to humanitarian assistance and donor complicates.
∎ Perform other official tasks, as and when required, for the greater interest of the project/organization.
∎ Follow and maintain the disciplines properly as mentioned in the Service Rules of NGO Forum.
∎ Work in true-spirit of teamwork and preserve personal integrity and respecting the organizational hierarchy of accountability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fair knowledge on Rohingya Refugee context including WaSH intervention in emergency/humanitarian situation.
∎ Sound knowledge on using different IEC/BCC materials in different sessions and different approaches of communication.
∎ Ability to work hard, work under pressure in humanitarian response context, positive and can-do attitude and ability to understand local language.
Salary: Tk. 24000 (Monthly)
