∎ Diploma in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to work directly with farmers
∎ Prepare Farmer List
∎ Capable to manage contract farming activities
∎ Conduct Farmers training
∎ Collect product directly from farmer
∎ Product quality check
∎ Having knowledge about seed & use of pesticide
∎ Monitor field preparation, Irrigation & weeding
∎ Manage transportation system for product collection
∎ Monitor go-down activities
∎ Prepare cultivation and weather record
∎ Daily reporting.
∎ Payment management through financial institutions.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in Field related Activities and Social Development sector.
∎ Must have experience in Field related Activities and Social Development sector.
∎ Must have knowledge in Computer & internet browsing.
∎ Good knowledge about Microsoft office, Excel
∎ Good writing & speaking skill in English and Bengali
∎ Capable to drive motorcycle and having motorcycle driving license must.

Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
