Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit potential customers in WFP chain shop in Rohingya Camp for marketing of Mung Dal Sell.
∎ Introduce EGG product to Rohingya Beneficiary.
∎ Shop wise sales report and stock report by daily and monthly.
∎ Shop wise or camp wise beneficiary number inputting.
∎ Build strong relationship with shop Manager and make demand.
∎ Promotional activity like sample distribution, leaflet distribution, advertising etc.
∎ Routine wise shop visiting and make weekly route plan.
∎ Follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
∎ Initiate, maintain and update outlet list of the territory incorporating information like name, address, category, telephone number and business profile etc for each outlet and keep records of each visit.
∎ Capable to build a strong relationship with prospective and customers to maximize market share.
∎ Build a rapport with the retail / wholesale and allied professionals.
∎ Maintain a high standard of Ethical conduct in discharge of duties.
∎ Keep informed to superior for any field problems / difficulties of business importance and records all complaints, suggestions etc put forward by the retailers and bring it to the notice of the Superior.
∎ Manage transportation system for product collection.
∎ Monitor godown activities.
∎ Maintain movement register.
∎ Focus and monitor smooth supply chain.
∎ Payment management through financial institutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 1year experience in Marketing sector.
∎ Must have knowledge in Computer & internet browsing.
∎ Good writing & speaking skill in English and Bengali
∎ Capable to drive motorcycle and having motorcycle driving license.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Special Allowance: Tk 3000 (Monthly)
